Terms and Conditions
• Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days (via USPS or FedEx). International orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Customers will receive tracking information for your package.
• If expedited shipping is needed please contact us via phone or email.
• Items that are not in stock can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery however you will be notified right away if a wait expected.
• There is a special order fee for custom orders (a certain pattern/size that is not usually stocked).
• Special order items take 10 weeks from acceptance of an order to delivery.
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo. Your credit card is charged at the time of order processing. If you would like to pay by Personal Check or Money Order, please contact us.
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt. We will accept returns for a full refund of items within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise over 14 days can be exchanged for credit and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. Items over 60 days old and special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
